When your computer does not recognize your Android

If you connect your android device with your computer by USB cable and your computer does not recognize or show your android.

These following steps and try to connect your device.

1. Make sure your android is unlocked.

2. Check that you have the latest version on your android device.

3. Make sure your device is turned on.

4. If your device locked in trust mode, then unlock it quickly.

5. Unplug all USB accessories from your computer except for devices.

6. Try every USB port to see if his works.

7. Restart your android and PC.

If your device still does not show on your computer, use the following steps to recognize your device.

1. Right-click on the computer to open the device manager. or hold the window + R key, to open the Run command. In the Run window, type devmgmt.msc, then click OK. Device Manager should open.

2. Scroll down and click on Portable device.

3. The portable devices show the Android device that has connected.
