Windy is what they call it. It’s nothing but a Wind-ows Tablet where Linux comes as a bonus. Windy is the Tablet PC coming from the makers of Andy Phonia which is an And-roid Calling Tab (hence the Phon-ia). KBCorp is the company based in Maharashtra which has recently launched these two Tablet PCs under their “Utouch Pad” portfolio. We have the details on the Android member a couple of days ago. It’s time to check out the Windows/Linux in the Utouch Pad.
Utouch Pad Windy, as we know, is primarily a Windows Tablet PC. But we didn’t know so far that the Windy supports Windows XP and Windows 7. Though Windows 8 doesn’t come pre-installed with the Tablet, you can install it later but Windows 8 doesn’t completely support the Windy so, you might little issues while using the Tab. The Tab also supports Linux OS. Therefore, you got a lot of choices here in the OS arena.
