After Envy x2, HP braces up for the launch of another hybrid in this brimming segment, and this they have fondly named as the “HP Split x2”. The name itself gives us an inkling about what it is going to be. Yes, the Split x2 is a Laptop-Tablet hybrid, analogous to its senior Envy x2. Keeping it simple, Split x2 is a detachable PC where one can remove the screen and use it as a standalone Tablet PC to one’s comfort. There are two battery bases, docked one each in the screen and the keyboard panels. At the release of Split x2, HP also announced the release of a yet another Hybrid to this portfolio, which will called as the HP SlateBook x2. Words on its specs are still not spoken outside yet, except for the fact that SlateBok x2 will be an Android driven device. But we have managed to get all the info needed about the Split x2 model for you.
The ostensible specs and features HP Split x2, along with its tentative price is all put together in a form of a table, all for your better reading and understanding. Please have a look:-
