Nexus 7 tabs are expected to offer some interesting functionality by integrating company’s Project Glass. Glass is a device that helps us to interact with the world without disconnecting from it. The Glass is designed in such a way that it doesn’t interfere with our activity. ‘Its weight is less than most sunglasses’. It has a touch pad for control, a button for shooting photos and videos with the built-in camera, and a small information display that doesn’t come in our line of sight.
With access to Google Play, users will have access to more than 600,000 games, songs, music and TV show videos and the largest collection of e-books on the net.
A stand-by battery life of 300 hours and 9-10 hours during use, Nexus 7 surely packs a powerful punch.
Available in 8GB and 16GB variants, although, the price for the 16 GB variant is not yet confirmed. The 8 GB model however, is priced at $200 ( Rs 11,000 approx.) and approximately Rs 15,999 in India. It is set to displace the Kindle fire from its perch, which also costs same but delivers less.
